"When I have a camera in my hand, I have no fear." Alfred Eisenstaedt
Patrice is a photographer and artist living on the edge of the Atlantic in coastal Massachusetts. From landscapes to portraits, street photography and documentation of abandoned places, her special creativity and love of New England is captured in her photographs. Of course, she also enjoys forays to places beyond New England's borders, and the sights and sounds of Nashville have become a pleasant escape. Patrice hails from a long line of passionate photographers, both amateur and professional, so it wasn't much of a surprise when she decided to establish her own practice several. She has recently added her passion for design to this platform and will soon be offering some of her hand made papercafts. Her decision came after a successful 20-year career in corporate America and as a retail business owner. Beyond fine art photography, Patrice has worked for commercial accounts in the design/ build/real estate industry as well as private clients who hire her for lifestyle assignments for everything from special family events to sports activities, including one for a paramotoring enthusiast. An active member of the community, Patrice donates her time and talents to document special events for local and regional charities. She has been published both locally and internationaly. She holds an associates degree in business and has an Interior Design certificate to augment the work she does for her commercial accounts. Beyond photography, the dance community knows her as an accomplished ballroom dancer who successfully participated in many amateur competitions over the years.
Whether the people and places she shoots are near or far, Patrice's photographs reflect the joy she feels looking through her viewfinder. New clients and print patrons should contact her for more details.
